The goal of the Louisville Slugger Speed Hitting Science Center Speed Clinic is to help athletes understand how to maximize their own speed by making their movements more efficient. By understanding how the individual utilizes their own natural biomechanical strengths and weaknesses they are able to optimize their performance and maximize their potential. By combining science and baseball’s top experts in speed and performance players that attend this clinic will have a distinct advantage over their competition.
