Eligible Players: Open to all professional baseball players
Schedule: Monday – Friday / 6:00 am – 12:00 pm

- Former strength and conditioning coach for the Chicago White Sox
Pro Training Camp offers comprehensive and Individualized programming designed to provide each player with personalized instruction based on individual assessments and data analysis.
